iShare gives the organisation one controlled place for its files. Drives and folders are owned by departments and groups rather than individuals, permissions are explicit, and share links can be issued with an expiry instead of forwarding a copy. Files keep their version history so an earlier state can be restored, and every access and change is written to an audit log — making both the current state and its history answerable.
