ConceptCRM / Customer Acquisition

SpotSwap

Turning early interest into structured, segmented customer data.

Interface preview — representative of the product, rendered with sample data.
The problem

Pre-launch interest is usually collected as a list of email addresses and nothing more. That list says how many people were curious, but not who they are, where they are, what they actually want, or which of them are worth talking to first. By launch the early audience has gone cold and the research opportunity has been lost.

The solution

SpotSwap treats the pre-launch audience as the first CRM records rather than a mailing list. Sign-up issues a founding member identity and continues into structured questions, so each registration arrives as a profile with geography, stated needs and a referral source attached. Engagement is tracked from that point onward, letting the earliest supporters be segmented and prioritised instead of treated as one undifferentiated list.

Built with

The stack is not finalised — this project is at concept stage, and listing technologies before that decision is made would be guesswork.

My role

Concept, product definition and system design.

Project status

Concept. This is a concept. The problem and solution are defined and the product is designed, but it has not been built.
