Nothing reconciles itself, and errors surface as missed renewals and disputed balances.
MJPMS consolidates the portfolio into one application. Units, owners, tenants and contracts are linked records rather than separate sheets, so occupancy and balances update as a consequence of normal day-to-day work. Contracts generate their own invoices, payments post against a ledger, and documents are produced from the same data the rest of the system uses — removing the manual re-entry step where most errors originate.
