Attendance is where small errors become expensive. Paper sheets and punch cards are easy to fill in on someone else's behalf, and the resulting data still has to be transcribed before it can be used for payroll. The gap between the moment someone arrives and the moment that arrival becomes a number in a payslip is where disputes are created.
Zentry captures attendance at the point it happens. A shared device runs in kiosk mode and accepts a QR token or an in-browser face check-in, so a record is created at the door rather than reconstructed afterwards. Schedules, leave and holidays are applied automatically to turn raw punches into worked hours, and the same data flows through to payslips and exports without re-keying. Every change is written to an append-only trail, so any figure can be traced back to what produced it.
