Running online tutoring usually means stitching together a video call tool, a scheduling app, a messaging thread and a spreadsheet of who has paid for how many lessons. None of them know about each other, so the administrative work grows faster than the teaching does, and nobody can answer how many lessons a student has left without checking three places.
VideoClass puts the lesson and the administration around it in the same system. Booking a lesson creates the session, the session opens a real-time classroom, and attendance, recordings and remaining lesson credits update from it. Teachers and students work from one place, and the operational questions — who attended, what was assigned, how many sessions remain — are answered from the record the lesson itself produced.
